Memdeklaro: Self-Declared Identity Without Third Parties

Memdeklaro is a self-declaration of identity that puts ownership back where it belongs: with you. When governments hold an exclusionary monopoly on identity, people can be blocked for reasons beyond their control—often because of how they were born or whether they were registered. That lockout can affect employment, housing, healthcare, education, banking, travel, contracts, and even everyday services.

Memdeklaro addresses this by letting you create your own identity document through a generator that runs locally in your browser, with no data sent elsewhere. It is free and open source, non-governmental and non-corporate, and built to avoid a central database and reliance on third parties.

The problem Memdeklaro responds to

For many people, there are no appeals, no alternatives, and no last resort—just lifelong exclusion. This is the danger of state monopoly: you are judged not on who you are, but on where you started.

The solution: your identity, your choice

With Memdeklaro, you can generate a document containing self-chosen details like name, birth date, a photo, and notes—without requiring place of birth, citizenship status, or parental information. Create your ID, print it, or use it digitally, and live more freely.
